Feature-packed +GF+ SIGNET pH & ORP Electrodes provide unsurpassed simplicity, reliability and accuracy for a wide variety of industrial applications. Rugged CPVC construction, large reference volume and intelligent positioning of internal elements combine to extend the service-life of these dependable and highly responsive sensors. Flat versions allow sediment and particles to sweep past the measurement surface, minimizing risks of abrasion, breakage and coating. The unique twist-lock design enables sensor connections in one easy motion. This includes the integral temperature sensor in pH electrodes, and the I.D. circuit in ORP electrodes. These contacts are used for automatic sensor recognition by +GF+ SIGNET pH/ORP Instrumentation, adding convenience and versatility to +GF+ Signet systems.

    Pre-Amplifier

    Pre-amplification is required to protect the relatively weak output signal of pH & ORP electrodes from a wide variety of electromagnetic interference common in industrial environments. The +GF+ SIGNET Pre-amplifier is installed locally, at the sensing point, to maximize this protection while allowing cable extensions up to 120 m (400 ft.). The unique twist-lock design simplifies installation and maintenance by providing for the quick connection and disconnection of electrodes. And the CPVC body is virtually unbreakable for extended service-life in both submersible and in-line applications. If remote pre-amplification is necessary (e.g., tank temperature > 80? C), or if connecting to another manufacturer?s electrode, use the +GF+ SIGNET 2721 Remote Pre-amplifier.

    2750 and 2760 DryLoc pH/ORP Sensor Electronics and Preamplifiers

    The +GF+ SIGNET 2750 and 2760 pH/ORP Sensor Electronics and Preamplifiers, featuring Dryloc? connectors, provide a variety of functions to suit various requirements. The 2760 is a preamplifier that allows any DryLoc? pH/ORP electrode to work with most +GF+ SIGNET instruments. It can also be used as a simple connector for use with other manufacturers' instruments that do not require a preamplified signal.

    The 2750 comes with the same pre-amplified signal as the 2760, but features two different outputs: a two-wire 4 to 20mA loop output, or a digital output which allows for longer cable lengths and is compatible with the +GF+ SIGNET 8900 Multi-Parameter Controller. The 2750 devices self-configure for pH or ORP operation via automatic recognition of the electrode type. The optional EasyCal feature allows simple push-button calibration and includes an LED indicator for visual feedback.

    2754-2757 pH and ORP Electrodes

    +GF+ SIGNET 275X pH and ORP Electrodes feature a unique connector designed specifically for use with the 2750 Sensor Electronics (the robust configuration also supports the weight and torque associated with the installation and operation of integral junction boxes, and the Local EasyCal accessory). Rugged CPVC construction, large reference volume and intelligent positioning of internal elements combine to extend the service-life of these dependable and highly responsive electrodes. Flat versions allow sediment and particles to sweep past the measurement surface, minimizing risks of abrasion, breakage and coating.

    2764-2767 Differential DryLoc? pH/ORP Electrodes

    The +GF+ SIGNET 2764-2767 Differential pH and ORP Electrodes are built with the Dryloc? connector, a Ryton body and Teflon? reference junction to handle even the most extreme and harshest of chemical applications. These differential electrodes use the field-proven 3-electrode differential technique: the pH and reference electrodes are measured against a ground electrode, insuring a steady and stable signal. The key feature of the differential design is the reference electrode. The reference element is protected in a glass half-cell embedded in the reference chamber and is protected from compounds that may contain sulfides and metals. To ensure a long service life, the reference features a refillable electrolyte chamber and a replaceable equitransferant salt bridge, both easily serviced in the field. The patented porous Teflon? reference junction resists fouling, clogging and chemical attack.

    2774-2777 Threaded DryLoc? pH/ORP Electrodes

    The +GF+ SIGNET 2774-2777 pH and ORP Electrodes feature a unique foul-proof DryLoc? connector with gold-plated contacts designed specifically for use with the +GF+ SIGNET 2750 and 2760 preamplifiers, sensor electronics, and connectors. These dependable and highly responsive electrodes feature a Teflon? double reference junction and a large reference chamber that combine to extend the service-life. Embedded positioning of the temperature element in the pH/ORP sensing tip allows the temperature response to be quick and accurate. The electrodes are offered with either flat or bulb style sensing elements. The flat versions allow sediment and particles to sweep past the measurment surface, minimizing risks of abrasion, breakage and coating. The bulb versions can be used for general-purpose applications. Due to the specially designed chambers which keep electrolytes in place, all versions can be mounted at any angle, even inverted.

    +GF+ SIGNET 3719 pH/ORP Wet-Tap

    The +GF+ SIGNET 3719 pH/ORP Wet-Tap allows installation and removal of pH or ORP electrodes without the need for process shutdown during routine electrode maintenance and calibration. Process isolation is achieved with a double O-ring seal on a unique and compact retraction assembly; no separate valve is required. A cam-activated automatic locking mechanism, SafeLoc?, and the short stroke design help to assure operator safety.

    2819-2823 Conductivity Sensors

    2839-2842 DryLoc? Conductivity / Resistivity Electrodes

    The 2839-2842 DryLoc? Conductivity / Resistivity Electrodes are available in four cell constants from 0.01 to 10.0, and are suitable for a wide variety of applications from high purity water quality monitoring to demineralizer regeneration. 316SS electrode surface finishes are controlled in a precision bead blasting operation to ensure measurement accuracy and repeatability, and the PEEK? insulator and process connections are injection over-molded to minimize variance between electrodes.     2350 Temperature Sensor

    The +GF+ SIGNET 2350 Temperature Sensor has an all PVDF body to maintain purity and outlast metal sensors in aggressive liquids eliminating the need for costly custom thermowells. Standard 3/4" NPT thread allows simple installation in any piping system. Threaded both ends allow for submersion in process vessels or for in-line applications with attachment of conduit. Digital signal allows for wiring distances between sensor and +GF+ SIGNET 3-8350 Temperature Transmitter of up to 200 ft. An integral adapter (optional) allows for integration of the sensor and transmitter into a compact assembly.
